What is the buyer’s journey?
The buyer’s journey is the combination of steps that you lead your prospect goes through before becoming a paying customer. Each person who buys from you goes through a research and decision process that will lead to a purchase or sign up. It is every step that someone needs to take before deciding if they want to buy from you.
There are a few different variations of the buyer’s journey and ones that are a lot more complex then what I am teaching you today but getting a grasp of this model will help you turn your leads into paying customers and gain an understanding of what the buyer goes through every step of the way on Instagram.
